Most IT providers use some sort of PSA (Professional Services Automation) to help run their business, by tracking time & billing, managing projects, managing & supporting existing customers and much more... Due to the complexity of these systems it's difficult to get the most out of your PSA and have it work with you instead of against you!
Brett will share some of the tips & tricks he has found that Nuclear IT uses to get the most out of their PSA. The presentation will be based on ConnectWise Manage but will be applicable to other PSAs.
