One way: The template nondisclosure commitment to client is a one-way agreement under which the SMBiT Professional (Contractor) gives a confidentiality commitment to Client. When considering using this template, first check that this framework will work in practice and that there are no flows of SMBiT Professional confidential information to Client which equally need protecting (in which case, consider using the Mutual Nondisclosure Agreement template instead).
