Event details

I wanted to let you know about a free event that's coming up on 20th May @ 11:30am. The event is the 3rd Quarterly Partner Briefing that is being delivered by the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) in partnership with Microsoft.

This will be the first of the QPB events that will have local ANZ content (2 hours session with three speakers including Robert Crane along with Patrick from MSFT NZ and David Soldani who is the regional CTO/CISO for Huewai)  is a great opportunity to start or further build your connection with Microsoft and the MPN community.

See here on LinkedIN for details: https://www.linkedin.com/company/iamcp-anz/events/ or if you're not on LinkedIn you can visit here to register https://bit.ly/3apZeY3

For anyone that's looking to build or strengthen your Microsoft Partner profile or capability IAMCP as an association is a good complimentary option to SMBIT Pro as it's squarely focused on, and has the attention of Microsoft.

Looking forward to co-hosting this event and introducing the ANZ committee including @Maria Armstrong and fellow SMBIT members @Patrick Kissane and @Nathanael Wallis.

IAMCP is a great opportunity to connect and engage more closely with Microsoft in the region. I have meetings today with the the Australian Partner Development lead (Christian Longstaff - https://www.linkedin.com/in/christianlongstaff/) @ 1 Martin Place and followed by a web meeting with New Zealand Partner Direct (Matt Bostwick - https://www.linkedin.com/in/mrbostwick/).

Hoping that this will be the start of some better Advocacy for Partners as well as a broader opportunity for Education and engagement.

Meanwhile, I see that Microsoft has some sessions in APAC this week (starting today) on the new Viva platform (https://learning.eventbuilder.com/MSVivaEvents) which might be worth a look too.
