SMBiT Professionals is forming a Mastermind Group aimed at business owners/leadership team. Open to business members of all chapters, most sessions will be run virtually.
Join us for an information session to learn more about the program and gauge whether you feel it would benefit you and your business.
A brief outline of the program (to be covered in more detail at the Information Session) is below:
Mastermind Group with up to 8 businesses.
Up to 2 people per business can attend sessions, they must both be Leadership level within the business.
Fortnightly Accountability calls – 2 hours. Timing of the call to suit majority of members, potentially after hours.
Setting Accountabilities to be completed in next fortnight and reporting back to group on Done/Not Done of previous Accountabilities.
Present Issues to the group for other members to share their experiences & brainstorming to find a solution.
Every second month a full Saturday – Leadership skills, guest speakers on valid topics, Business skills (eg; EOS tools, Profit First, Scaling Up)
Annual Retreat – one full weekend per year, with member business presentations as well as Leadership skills, guest speakers on valid topics, Business skills. Direct costs to be paid by members; ie accommodation & catering, speaker charges. Budget to be agreed upon by members, in advance.
Program cost is $150 +gst per month, per business (12 month commitment)

Jeni will be sharing her experiences of running her own businesses; the many tools she has at hand including Scaling Up; EOS: EO (Entrepreneurs Organisation) Accelerator Coach, Key Executive Program Coach & Accelerator program Trainer; Coaching training; countless books, seminars & training sessions and many other industry tips and tricks picked up along her 30+ year journey.
