SMBiT Professionals is forming a Mastermind Group aimed at business owners/leadership team. Open to business members of all chapters, most sessions will be run virtually.
Join us for an information session to learn more about the program and gauge whether you feel it would benefit you and your business.
Fortnightly Accountability calls – 2 hours. Timing of the call to suit majority of members, potentially after hours.
Every second month a full Saturday – Leadership skills, guest speakers on valid topics, Business skills (eg; EOS tools, Profit First, Scaling Up) Annual Retreat – one full weekend per year, with member business presentations as well as Leadership skills, guest speakers on valid topics, Business skills. Direct costs to be paid by members; ie accommodation & catering, speaker charges. Budget to be agreed upon by members, in advance. Program cost is $150 +gst per month, per business (12 month commitment) |
