One of the objectives of the Managed Services model is to build value in our businesses, primarily via monthly recurring income from a stable client base. Ultimately, through alliance with another provider, merger or acquisition, our businesses are the nest eggs for our future.
One day we will want to realise the massive investment of time and effort we've put in over the years, what are the most important strategies small MSP's can employ to prepare for that day?
What are the systems and processes we need to start building right now to optimise the return on our investment?
Continuing from last month, we will recap on the requirements for building a business which could inter-operate or merge with another service provider. We will review, revise and add to the goals attendees set for themselves in the last session.
Next month we'll summarise our experiences and present them to our panel of M & A experts for discussion and feedback.!
